what you build
A playbook that is actually yours.
Each step has a playbook exercise — two layers running simultaneously. One is personal: it stays private, never leaves your browser, never compiles anywhere. The other is business-scoped: specific to the organisation you're building.
At the end of Step 3, a compile button assembles your business answers from all four steps into a single printable document. Not a template filled in from the outside. A playbook built from the inside out, one signal at a time.

The on-ramp is for founders who recognise something in these field notes — who have sensed the fractal architecture underneath the work but haven't had language or geometry for it yet. It is for the people building in the field, not studying it from outside.
Steps 0 through 3 are self-paced. No cohort required, no application, no discovery call. You work through them when you're ready, at your own pace, and the playbook you build is yours to keep and use regardless of what comes next.
Steps 4 through 9 — wave, direction, transmission, expression, structure, source — live inside the facilitated cohort. They require the field that live, held group work generates. Entry is by conversation, not application. If the pattern recognises itself after Step 3, the next move is to write.
